Full Story
Gunner Eure is the kind of athlete who doesn't wait for opportunities — he creates them. As a standout shortstop and pitcher for St. Patrick High School, Gunner has faced challenges that would slow most people down. But instead of backing off, he doubled down.
Every weekday, Gunner wakes up at 5:30 AM and drives to NeoFit in D'Iberville before school. As a senior at St. Patrick with no off periods, it was either stop training or show up before the sun. He chose to show up.
This past year of training has been about more than just speed and strength. It's been about grit, discipline, growth, and proving to himself that he can rise above anything thrown his way. That's exactly what he's done.
Gunner's story is a reminder that progress isn't always easy — but it's always worth it. He is an example of what it means to be an athlete, a student, and a son.
