What age groups and skill levels do you train at NeoFit?
We train athletes from middle school through adult, at every skill level from beginner to elite. Whether your child is preparing for high school tryouts, you're a college athlete home for the summer, or you're an adult looking to get back in shape after physical therapy, our coaches build individualized programs around your starting point and your goals.
What makes NeoFit different from a regular gym or personal trainer?
NeoFit was founded by Dr. Robby Ellis, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, so every program is built with injury prevention and long-term health as the foundation. Our coaches hold advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, and your training program is designed specifically for you — not a one-size-fits-all template. We also offer cold plunge therapy and Normatec compression recovery on-site, which most gyms and trainers simply cannot provide.
What should I expect at my first session?
Your first visit is a complimentary 30-minute intro session. You'll meet your coach, tour the facility, go through a movement assessment, and discuss your goals. From there, we'll build a customized training plan and recommend the right program for your needs. No pressure, no commitment required.
Do you work with athletes recovering from injuries or physical therapy?
Absolutely. Our Post-Rehabilitation program is specifically designed for people transitioning from physical therapy back to full training. As part of the NeoVerse Enterprise family alongside NeoLife Physical Therapy, we provide a seamless bridge from clinical rehab to performance training with the medical oversight to keep you safe.
What is the In-Season Active Recovery Package?
Our In-Season Active Recovery Package is designed for athletes of any sport and any age who want to recover faster after game days. For $199 per month, you get up to two guided 30-minute recovery sessions per week that include aquatic therapy, cold plunge, Normatec compression, active mobility, and breathwork. It's available to youth athletes, adults, and weekend warriors — anyone who competes and wants to perform at their best week after week.
