Justin San Miguel came to NeoLife Physical Therapy with a shoulder injury that threatened his baseball career. Through targeted rehabilitation, he recovered full function and range of motion.
Rather than returning to unsupervised training, Justin transitioned directly into NeoFit's Sports Performance program — working with our coaches to build the explosive power, rotational strength, and arm care protocols that a competitive pitcher needs.
The result: Justin hasn't experienced a re-injury since beginning his NeoFit program. His discipline and consistency in training caught the attention of college scouts, and he committed to Troy University to continue his baseball career at the Division I level.

Justin's father shares the family's perspective: "I hope he can take it as far as he can. He's committed to Troy University to play at a high level in the college league, and even after that — hopefully the draft. All of us are living the dream."
The senior season delivered on all of it: Justin was named Class 7A First Team All-State by the Mississippi Association of Coaches and South Miss 6 Sports Baseball Player of the Year, batting .393 with 35 hits and a 1.135 OPS while Ocean Springs went 25-5 and claimed a third straight Region 4-7A title.
He is now on Troy's roster, wearing #12 as an infielder in the Sun Belt Conference.
