Michael Kozlowski

Michael Kozlowski is the General Manager of NeoFit Performance Institute and the team's baseball specialist. A former two-sport athlete for the D'Iberville Warriors — inducted into the D'Iberville High School Athletic Hall of Fame — Michael played baseball at TCS in Texas before earning a starting spot at William Carey University, where he was part of the historic back-to-back NAIA World Series teams in 2023 and 2024.

Before returning to the Gulf Coast, Michael trained as an athlete at Michael Johnson Performance (MJP) in McKinney, Texas — the elite facility founded by 4x Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Johnson and the official training partner of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, and FC Dallas. There he developed a personal relationship with Michael Johnson and trained under Bryan "B Mack" McCall, who served as Director of the MJP NFL Pre-Draft Program from 2014–2022 and personally prepared NFL Combine record-setters including Rashan Gary, Shaquem Griffin, and Davante Adams.

Michael also serves as Head Coach of the Wow Factor 16U & 17U travel baseball teams — one of the most respected travel baseball organizations in the country, with 30 MLB draft picks, 1,540+ college commits, and 7 national championships across its programs. His role puts Gulf Coast talent on the biggest amateur baseball stages in the country, connecting athletes with college and pro exposure that transforms careers.

At NeoFit, Michael oversees day-to-day operations, leads the baseball-specific programming (hitting mechanics, pitching support, catching development), and runs a football IQ curriculum teaching high school athletes to read coverages and defensive schemes. He brings the same credibility to every athlete: he has been where they are trying to go.
